1996 chrysler sebring conv. transmission will not shift out of park. shift lever moves but stays in park?
are you parking the car on an incline? if so with out setting the parking brake you put a strain on the cable, it maybe bent or come off the lever on the transmission, look under the hood and visual inspection, hope this kinda helps
